Porchlight: Issue 2

I often find that these kind of memories can become obscured in everyday speech by a desire to avoid nostalgia or to be ironic above all else. It seems such censoring is done out of fear—a fear of sincerity, of self-reflection, of looking at what has been. In this issue, we have compiled pieces of fiction, poetry, and non-fiction that deal with different parts of growing up. They are varied, some coy, some funny, some sad.
